Returns
All Chondropaw® products come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! This guarantee is LIMITED to ONE occurrence PER customer and, whether open or unopened, only valid for the first 30 days after the product is purchased.
If a customer wants to return the product for any reason, they may return all unopened boxes and up to one open box to our office within 30 days of purchase. When we have received them, we will refund the total purchase price of the products returned. However, all returns come with a 10% restocking fee. In addition, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If an order is canceled after shipment takes place, then the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to them and for the cost of returning the package from their location.
Should you desire to request a refund for products purchased, please send us a Return Form via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you return the product. Products shipped back without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds generally require 4-7 days upon receipt of the returned products to be processed.
