If a customer is unsatisfied for any reason, we require the return of unused portions of associated products to our offices; wherein, we will refund the total purchase price of the products returned. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If an order is canceled after shipment takes place, then the customer is responsible for that shipping cost to them and for the cost of returning the package from their location.

Ultimately, our foremost concern is in the health and well-being of your pet, and we would expect the ‘pet parent’ to have at least as much concern with getting progress related to health concerns. However, oftentimes there may be complications involved that factor in complicate the situation. We feel it is in the best interest of both you and your pet – to give Chondropaw the opportunity to assess what might be going on that is preventing desired results.
There are situations or Ailments, especially with slow-to-resolve Hip and Joint issues, where the normal 30-Day period may not be sufficient to be sure where things are going. And, if you have not talked with our staff at least once or twice about these complex issues, you owe it to yourself to take advantage of the support we cordially provide. Occasionally, we may decide to extend your guarantee period to allow for further evaluation of the health issue at hand.
