How fast can you see results?
Results can vary, depending on the condition on your dog and their weight but the most important factor is how long this condition has been present. If the condition is severe, it could take longer to see results. Many Owners do report visible results in as early as 96 hours.
How often do you give the product?

Largest dog breeds: How much Chondropaw should I give?
In dogs with 85 lbs or more we highly recommend the following doses:
- Dispense 1 ampoule of Chondropaw by mouth every 3 days. Best used on an empty stomach. 5-10 minutes before any food early in the morning.
Can my dog still take medication given by the vet and still use Chondropaw?
Yes, Chondropaw is 100% natural and won’t interfere with his other medication.

Can I change/cancel an order?
After placing your order, you have one (1) time to make changes or cancel it. After an hour, your order will begin processing and will not be able to modify or cancel your order. To make a change to your order, please call 877.558.2789 Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be attended next Monday (except expedite and priority mail). All times are in local time zone. We can not change your payment or billing information once an order has been placed.

At Chondropaw®, our company motto is – “If a customer is unsatisfied for any reason, we require the return of unused portions of associated products to our offices; wherein, we will refund the total purchase price of the products returned”. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If an order is canceled after shipment takes place, then the customer is responsible for that shipping cost to them and for the cost of returning the package from their location.
Should you desire to request a refund for products purchased, please contact our offices by phone (preferred) or by e-mail to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance of your return. Yes, you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email, but if your reason for doing so is lack of results we URGE you to contact us by phone first! Using this approach to request the RMA is the best way to ensure that you are making a decision that is in the best interest of resolving the health issue that you set out to resolve. Please read on – to understand why we recommend this.
Ultimately, our foremost concern is in the health and well-being of your pet, and we would expect the ‘pet parent’ to have at least as much concern with getting progress related to health concerns. However, oftentimes there may be complications involved that factor in complicate the situation. We feel it is in the best interest of both you and your pet – to give Chondropaw the opportunity to assess what might be going on that is preventing desired results.
There are situations or Ailments, especially with slow-to-resolve Hip and Joint issues, where the normal 30-Day period may not be sufficient to be sure where things are going. And, if you have not talked with our staff at least once or twice about these complex issues, you owe it to yourself to take advantage of the support we cordially provide. Occasionally, we may decide to extend your guarantee period to allow for further evaluation of the health issue at hand. Therefore for issues of concern over PROGRESS or RESULTS (that cause you to think about a Refund), please call to discuss your case, your RMA, and other possibilities.
