Shipping Info & Returns
We ship to the United States and its territories, Canada, Australia, the Caribbean Islands, the Asian continent, and some European Countries.
Latin America and rest of the world require prior communication by phone or email at email@example.com.
We designed our shipping options to be simple, affordable, and free with minimum purchase! We currently offer USPS as preferred carrier. Customers can request shipping via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 pm EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm EST, on a weekend, or a Holiday will ship out the next business day.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
After an hour, your order will begin processing and you will not be able to modify or cancel your order. To make a change to your order, please call (877) 558-2789 Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. We cannot change your payment or billing information once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Order History & Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package. To view your order, sign in, click on My Account, and go to order history.
